Solution

Support women to apply for new positions and negotiate increased salaries at the same fequency and intensity as men do.

Action

Designate March as "Women New Job Search Month", all women should use the month of March to apply for new positions to get a better understanding of their options and use that information to either switch jobs or negotiate pay rasies.
