Close the gender pay gap by supporting Women's salary negotiation efforts


Women make less then men over the course of their careers in comparable jobs.


Studies have shown that women will only apply for jobs they feel 85% qualified for, while men will apply for jobs even if they only feel 60% qualified for.

Designate March as "Women New Job Search Month", all women should use the month of March to apply for new positions to get a better understanding of their options and use that information to either switch jobs or negotiate pay rasies.
